How to make Jiuniang –fermented gutinous rice
Fermented glutinous rice,also called Jiuniang, is a glutinous rice wine produced by the process of fermentation , know as fermented glutinous rice in China, characterized by the very unique brewing process in which the starch in the rice is converted into sugar and alcohol by the yeast.

The Process Of Making fermented glutinous rice --Jiuniang
