Fish cake, also called Fish tofu, Kamaboko, is a type of cured surimi, a Jingzhou processed special freshwater food around Yangzte Rriver in Hubei, China. Created from the Warring States Period, Jingzhou fish cake is a local-made food with nearly thousands of years.
Combined hypophthalmichthys molitrix fillets(remove skins and bones), egga, pork fata with salt, sugar, starch, MSG, Jingzhou fish cake is formed into distinctive loaves, and then steamed until fully cooked and firm.
